I strayed from the path...

I have strayed from the path of furry creatures and wandered into the world of plants. It was a nice variation on reality.

About me, I hate writing this stuff...

 About me

I love cats and dogs, birds and bees, creatures large and small and these I love to paint. I also love working for the betterment of dogs by volunteering with Miniature Australian Rescue and Support (MARS)  http://www.miniaussierescue.org working with dogs at Work ‘n Pawz, as a day care and training assistant.

My home blessed with three special furry friends, Ernest our young mini Aussie, Rebob our white tabby for whom we are staff and our recent adoption, Rusty a most charming, older gentleman, mini Aussie who was a rescue from MARS.

I am also an avid gardener that provides a fun place for Ernest and Rusty to explore and play.  Rebob is a house cat that occasionally escapes into the garden. The great thing about mini Aussies is they are only too happy to herd the cat back into the house.

I work in my home studio that has a view into the garden where the pups are often playing. Alternately, both dogs and the cat snooze near me while I work.

Ernest would tell you I am pretty good at playing catch, grooming and feeding him. Rebob might say (Who can really know what a cat might say?) I'm attentive to his need for regular food and water and provide a fine head of hair on which he sleeps. Rusty might be inclined to tell you  he likes how I take him on frequent walks, feed him on his regular schedule and care for all his elderly needs. I hope they would tell you I love each one with unconditional love. Oh, and that they love their portraits I have painted.
